Hello from the Bakke family. On behalf of my family and all the saints who came out to celebrate my father’s life, I want you to know the day was perfect.  The weather, people who came, all who shared, and the food served made this a day my father and mother would have loved. 
 
Everybody loved the food. The presentation and the service were beautiful. All of the Crave staff worked so well, and served everyone with grace and joy. It was fun for me to watch people enjoy the appetizers, meal, drinks, and desserts. My friends and family loved everything about the meal.  The tables looked beautiful. Thank you for a perfect day.
 
The conversations I had with you were a joy for me, and made the planning process a delight.

A huge thank you to Donna and the entire Crave Catering team for the service and food they provided for our wedding! The food, presentation and service were top-notch. Donna is a warm, trustful and thoughtful consultant. We wanted local venues and a menu that reflected the region, and they delivered!  Ours was a destination wedding, and she worked with us on the menu, budget, and style so we could visualize the event from the welcome drinks to the dessert. Prior to and during the wedding, the staff went above and beyond to provide us and our guests an experience to remember. Thank you!

We’re writing to express our profound gratitude for everything you and your team did to make our wedding the extraordinary day it was. From the careful planning to the gracious execution, you and your team didn’t miss a step. Still, there are a few particular elements we feel compelled to remark upon specifically:

The food. You provided a magnificent selection of sumptuous food that met all of our dietary complications and exceeded our expectations. We heard from so many guests how much they enjoyed it. The spread was beautiful, and the food was delicious.

The service. Your crew was diligent, careful, hardworking, friendly, and just lovely to be with. It was fun chatting with them as we got things ready, and wonderful to watch them in action, each in command of their individual responsibilities and working so well together. Even when faced with malfunctioning equipment they kept cool heads, adapted, and made us and our guests feel special.

Donna.  We so enjoyed getting to work with you. You were always available and ready, patient and kind. At every step we knew we were in capable hands, and we were right. How fortunate we were to have our special day entrusted to your expertise.

I cannot recommend Crave Catering enough. They handled our 50+ person wedding with perfect coordination and precision. I have to especially commend Donna who was our point of contact throughout the entire planning process. She was so responsive, so accurate, and so willing to meet our needs to give recommendations. I can't speak highly enough - she was instrumental in making our wedding go perfectly.

From tasting Crave's food, to having them handle all of our rentals and equipment, to the big day, they were perfect. The staff on site were extremely friendly, totally ready to take direction from a control-freak of a groom (me) and put us at ease throughout the whole event. All of our guests loved the food and there were plenty of leftovers. They even came through on a vegan and gluten-free cake when our baker dropped out a week before the wedding! Who does that? I can't wait to hire Crave for my next big party. They are worth every penny. If you get the pleasure of working with Donna, you are in great hands.
